MRI is done!

Posted in From Al & Libbie, Updates at 9:33 pm by Al

The hospital called early to say they had a slot open for the MRI at 8:15pm. Why wait?

Prayer and sedation helped and I felt no fear this time. We have the films and the official results will be in tomorrow. We’ll let you know.

I am now on blood-thinners. Still no pain reflief, but it’s coming, we believe.

Generally I feel like I’ve got some bad virus. Hopefully we will see the turn of a corner.

Thanks for your prayer!

Blessings, Al

Thought of you in church tonight.

We sang from Psalm 84: “Better is one day in your courts, better is one day in your house, better in one day in your courts tahn thousands elsewhere.”

Nan and Hannah Powlison have been here with us in London for a few days so we were able to pray for Al together, bringing him and you all before the throne of grace.

So glad to hear how the Lord met you in the details of life, giving you freedom from fear as you underwent the MRI. We will pray for you and your family today as you speak with the doctors on the results of this procedure.
